We provide creative design services. Clients own final deliverables only after full payment. NHCORP retains the right to show completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

2. Project & Payment Terms

• Agreements: Scope, timeline, and fees are defined in signed contracts.
• Payments: Typically a 50% deposit is required to start, with the balance due upon completion. Late fees may apply.

3. Liability & Confidentiality

NHCORP's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential.

4. Termination & Governing Law

Either party may terminate with written notice; work completed must be paid for. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

7-Day Refund Guarantee

At NHCORP, we strive for excellence. If you are not satisfied with the initial project direction, you are eligible for a refund within 7 days of the project start date.

1. Eligibility

Refunds apply only to the initial deposit and are only valid if no final source files have been delivered. Once final assets are approved and sent, the project is non-refundable.

2. Process

To request a refund, email nicholashardrick497@gmail.com within the 7-day window. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Third-party costs (hosting, fonts, stock licenses).
• Work completed beyond the 7-day period.
• Customized physical print productions.
